Paneer and Pineapple Salad |

Dissolve the jelly in two cups of boiling water.
Blend one cup pineapple cubes, salt and pepper in a mixer and mix it to the cooled jelly.
Add a little vinegar, Refrigerate till partially set.
When almost set, break up the jelly and add the paneer cubes, walnuts and the remaining pineapple pieces.
Mix well. Pour the mixture into a mould and refrigerate till set. Serve chilled.

Pepper Salad |
| Chop the Lettuce & Jalapenos pepper.
Then Slice Onions, Green Pepper, Tomatoes finely.
Take a Bowl and put all these vegetables into it.
Then add Vinegar, salad Dressing, Pepper powder, lemon juice & salt.
Mix all of them well with a pair of fork.
Ready to serve.

Vegetable-Fruit Salad |
 |
Grate carrot, radish and chop the other ingredients into small pieces and mix them together.
Then add the juice of one lemon and grind the green chillies, ginger and the cilantro and add it to the mixture and your salad is ready to be served.

| Boil beetroot, peel and grate.
Mix well with mayonaisse.
Garnish with walnuts
Ready to serve cold.

 |
Cook frozen corn in microwave high for 2 min.
Add all other ingredients
Serve while it is hot.
