INGREDIENTS

¾ stick of butter
½ cup of sugar
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
½ tsp cardamom
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup cashews
¼ tbsp baking powder
 

METHOD
Add butter, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and blend it very well To the mixture add powdered cardamom and add flour little by little so that it blends properly. To this add powdered almonds and cashews and mix it again. Take a tblspn of dough and flatten it like a cookie. Bake it in an ungreased cookie sheet for 350o about 15 mins or till it is golden brown.
